Blueberry Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
5 Tbs. flour, divided
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. chopped pecans
General Info:
Preheat oven to 400°
Serves: 8
Instructions:
- Combine sour cream, 2 Tbs. flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg; beat for 5 minutes or until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries, pour into pastry shell and bake for 25 minutes
- Remove from oven, combine butter, nuts, and remaining flour; sprinkle over pie and bake for another 10 minutes.
